Welcome!

Here’s a selection of my work for review by the Harris for President campaign. Please check out the rest of my website for a more in-depth view into my work, style and approach.

Whether I’m photographing a corporate event or a team retreat, my goal is to understand the culture of the organization, the key players and their relationships so I can anticipate moments and capture them as they happen. This gives us photos that have genuine emotion and a sense of connection. I also make sure to work with the event organizers to research who’ll be at the event, the VIPs, and what they want to capture. Here’s a sampling of photos from a variety of events, as well as a couple of startup retreats.

Events and Gatherings

Lifestyle and editorial photos

For lifestyle and editorial photos, I walk each client through a planning process where we create a mood board, craft the stories we want to tell, and create a shot list. This gives us a structure for the session that helps us be prepared, while also giving us room to play. Here’s a sample of lifestyle/editorial photos, both on location and in studio.

Stage photos for speakers

I organize events called The ICON Experience, where I get a group of speakers, help them plan their best moments on stage, and then take those pictures. Sometimes, I also photograph live events. Regardless of which way we do it, it helps to know and plan the most impactful moments in advance.

Headshots

Headshots are to get to know someone, get a sense of their personality. I use a variety of techniques to help clients relax and express themselves on camera, so we can get exactly what they want to convey.
