Who we are

Raj Bandyopadhyay

PHOTOGRAPHER
Raj moved from tech to photography in 2017 after his partner of 8 years came out as transgender. It compelled Raj to ask the question, “What do I need to change in my life to feel true to myself?” For him, a career change was the answer. Along the way, he also trained as a sex and relationship coach.
Today, as a personal branding photographer, he help coaches and entrepreneurs convey their full, multifaceted, vibrant stories on camera.
Crystal Rose Napolitano

INTIMACY DIRECTOR
Crystal loves all things embodiment. As a Somatic Intimacy Coach, dancer, performer, and Intimacy Director, she knows how to teach you about your body and what it's telling you - and how to communicate back!
Her favorite things to work on with clients are healing and rewiring the nervous system and building secure attachment in relationships. Queer, poly, kinky, and theatrically inclined clients thrive in sessions with Crystal.

We combine our skills in somatic coaching, intimacy direction and even our experience in BDSM negotiation to create a joyful, supportive, consent-focused and empowering space for each and every client we work with.

An example of our work together

Sky Kinsman is an intimacy coach in the Bay Area who worked with Raj and Crystal recently. In addition to headshots, Sky wanted photos that showed her working with clients: individuals as well as couples. Crystal and Sky’s husband Kody played her clients. With Crystal, we captured a mini session, with talking and holding. With Kody, we showed how Sky uses physical exercises to help her clients learn actual skills. Crystal and Kody played a couple who are fighting and have come to Sky for help. We then moved to capturing Sky’s comfort with teaching basic kink exploration to her clients. Finally, at Sky’s request, we captured some personal shots of her and Kody and their incredible connection.

Throughout this 4-hour shoot, Crystal made sure everyone was comfortable with everything that was being proposed, and helped Sky and Kody find the right emotional states to express on camera. This meant that Raj could completely focus on capturing powerful and stunning photos.
