What working part-time taught me about The Great Resignation
In 2017, I went part-time at my job as a data science educator in an edTech startup so I could pursue my dream of building a creative career as a photographer. I find that experience very relevant a lot of the conversation today around The Great Resignation and the demands that workers are making for more genuine flexibility at work.
